This is the other large Dover Oildraulic freight Elevator with Traditional fixtures, power Peelle doors, and has a very "Dover blue" cab, just like the other freight elevator across from this 1, except this 1 was installed a year later. This elevator's constantly severely low on oil, often so much that the elevator sinks to the final limit on the 1st floor and shuts down, although neither of these issues were present during this video. The packing must be leaking. This is at a cool-looking industrial mall. There's also a glass Schindler from 1992 and a Schindler 300A with MT from 1995, as well as shafts and covered openings for 2 more freight elevators, but it appears those were never installed. I guess they only installed what they needed.
This was originally the main global Westinghouse plant, but shut down in 1989, and got redeveloped very shortly after and these were installed very shortly after. Sadly this specific building has no Westinghouse elevators. I think the building shell's original, but most of the mechanical (including the elevators) were upgraded in the 90s.
