In this video, we will take you through 20 basic dumbbell strength exercises that’ll be done to the beat of 10 instrumental songs. This is an advanced workout but feel free to do this workout at your own pace if the beat is too fast. We’ve included a few modifications (Toya) to make this workout more manageable. We recommend using light to moderate weights to get the best out of this session. As you get stronger and gain more endurance, you will be able to slightly increase your resistance over time.
