Off-camber turns (the opposite of "banked" or "bermed" turns) are sloped such that the outside of the turn sits lower than the inside, making traction more difficult. These turns can be some of the hardest turns for riders and are even more challenging than a flat turn.
In order to maintain grip and speed, riders should exaggerate flat-corner technique, with even more hip rotation, bike-body separation, and outside foot pressure to press the inside row of knobbies into the ground. Practicing your off-camber turns can be a lot of fun after you get used to it and will be a great skill to add to your toolset as you progress as a mountain biker.
