As per point 4 (b) of the new NMC Gazette, issued on 18th November'2021. It clearly states that - registered with the respective professional regulatory body or otherwise, competent to grant license to practice medicine in their respective jurisdiction of the country in which the medical degree is awarded and at par with the license to practice medicine given to citizen of that country.
The RTI reply had made it clear that Indian Nationals are not allowed to appear in the examination. Read for yourself and then decide.
