OVEN-ROASTED SHRIMP RECIPE
♣ 8 Large Shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails left on
♣ 2 Tbsp. Tomato sauce
♣ ¼ Cup Romano Cheese
♣ ¼ Cup seasoned breadcrumbs
♣ 2 oz. Butter
♣ Salt, to taste
♣ Black Pepper, to taste
♣ ¼ Cup of “parsley, garlic, olive oil mixture” from Skirt Steak Roll-Up recipe, *see the link
DIRECTIONS:
• Butterfly each shrimp and place in a baking dish
• Sprinkle with salt and black pepper
• Brush the shrimp with the parsley, garlic and olive oil mixture
• Spoon a dab of tomato sauce on each shrimp and then sprinkle with Romano cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs
• Top each shrimp with a pat of butter
• Cook in 500 degree oven for 5 minutes, or until the shrimp turn orange in color. *Do not overcook
