UPDATE: If somebody is actually watching the ASI Scottish Open at the moment and is confused: they changed the routing for the tournament! Tee Off is on the 7th (Par 5, @6:43 min)!
How they play the course:
Tee 1 is usually Hole 7, 2 the 8th, 3-9th, 4-10th, 5-11th, 6-12th, 7-13th, 8-14th, 9-15th
Tee 10 is usually Hole 1, 11-2nd, 12-3rd, 13-4th, 14-5th, 15 is the Par 3 6th, 16-10th and 17 and 18 are as usual, so at least the last two are exactly the same as I played it.

Hello golfers,
today I present to you The Renaissance Club in North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland.
Beeing a pretty private course I am thankful to be able to shoot a How-I-play-the course-vlog from here.
The course is special, bacause it will host the Aberdeen Standard Investmen Scottish Opens this year, men and woman. For the men, it will be the last qualifyer for the British Open (to be played at Royal Portrush - course vlog coming in time - watch this space!) and for the ladies is will be the next tournament after the Womans British Open, co-sanctionned by the LET.

So one thing is sure: A high class international field will be present at both SCO and they will play this great course!

It is an interesting course build by Tom Doak, who focusses on a very natural design. So it became a links course, but as there are many trees, some holes look like beeing from somewhere else. Great experience, if you find the opportunity, have a go!
