OVERNIGHT OATS BASE RECIPE
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or 3-4 drops liquid stevia)
1/8th teaspoon cinnamon
Combine oats, almond milk, yogurt, and chia seeds in a sealable jar (or bowl) and stir until well combined.
Place in fridge overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
*For extra protein - stir in 1/2 - 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder (13-26 grams).
