"Aspiring Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh dodged questions on Wednesday when asked if President Donald Trump has a legal obligation to respond to a subpoena.

Senate Judiciary Committee ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein (CA) posed numerous questions to Kavanaugh today about his aggressive view on expanded presidential powers. This line of questioning was pursued shortly after Kavanaugh told the committee that 'No one is above the law in our constitutional system…the executive branch is subject to the law.’"
