What’s close to Canning Town?
Located just two stops away on the Jubilee Line from our Canning Town apartments, is Westfield Stratford. One of the largest shopping centres and entertainment experiences in Europe. Packed full of shops including high-street favourites like Topshop, it also plays host to high-end fashion outlets and plenty of restaurants.
If you’re looking for outdoor space, then Canning Town has you covered too. It actually is home to two nature reserves Bow Creek and East India Dock Basin, as well as several local parks. Prince Regent Lane park offers a cycle club, climbing wall and its own tennis courts too.
Down on the Royal Victoria Dock is The Crystal - a science museum run by Siemens. It provides several exhibitions showcasing global trends, and as one of the world’s most sustainable buildings it also shows off how a permanent exhibition showing how to build sustainable cities.
Let’s not forget the massive ExCel centre. Home to a completely diverse range of events from Marvel’s Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N exhibition to the EAG and plenty of business forums. The site plays host to some of the biggest names in conference events every year.

Transport & Travel

Our fantastic Canning Town Apartments are well located in Zone 2 and 3, with Canning Town Tube Station serviced by the Jubilee Line and gives you direct access to Bond Street in 20 minutes. Interestingly those looking for good access into nearby Canary Wharf can make the journey in less than 4 minutes.
There’s also West Ham DLR station nearby, which can take you directly into London City Airport and straight to Woolwich in less than an hour. Before the end of 2019 Custom house will also have an extra stop added onto the Elizabeth Line giving you even easier access to the wider London area.
London City is the closest airport to our Canning Town apartments and is easily accessible by tube the DLR as well as by road. It serves a wealth of different cities across the world and provides those looking for easy international travel with a solid offering not far from home.
