Hi All, Well the Coniston Swim.... to say it was tough for me personally, would be an understatement!! We had a strong 15 mph gusting tail wind big waves that created a washing machine environment for me mainly breathing to one side. I was also my fighting my camera tow float cable which kept twisting round and impeding my strokes! Anyway we got through It! 🙏🏼 Onwards to Windermere!!
