#EmploymentEmergency is a project of the Adecco Foundation that emerged in June 2020 as a response to the labor crisis brought about by Covid-19. This project was, and still is, aimed at boosting the employability of people at risk of exclusion due to the lack of a job. Throughout these almost three years of existence, the #EmploymentEmergency project has continued to help people who, for different reasons, find it more difficult to access the labor market.
Thanks to the support of the company Solarpack, #EmploymentEmergency has been developed in Extremadura. Around 52 people have been part of personalized employment itineraries in order to get a job. This video is a summary of what this project has meant for people like Rosa, Ada and Granada, beneficiaries of this initiative.
