A 4-bedroom apartment that can sleep 12 (plus 2 single floor mattress for a group of 14). Located in a neighborhood that is only 15 minutes from the city center, it has the perfect balance of a peaceful retreat and an accessible location. It is on the third floor of an apartment building so it has stunning views of the mountains, a golf course and a glimpse of the sea. This area is much cooler than the city center and may be foggy as early as lunch time giving guests a genuine Baguio express.


The house is in San Carlos Heights. It is a populated neighborhood but still peaceful. It is a residential area so the city’s Silent Night Ordinance, which prohibits loud noises at 10PM-5AM, is implemented. Guests should keep sounds to a minimum after 10PM when in the veranda, roof deck and parking space.
