This is my first time trying a cassava pudding and it came out beautiful and delicious using my regular Jamaican pudding techniques and spices, it was very easy to make and very tasty, do not leave out those fresh coconut flakes, they’re everything in the pudding, so yummy, it’s definitely a must try.

Here are the ingredients used:
Cassava pudding recipe
4 cups of grated sweet cassava
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup of freshly grated coconut flakes
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbs cinnamon powder
1 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 stick melted butter
3/4 tbs vanilla
Brown sugar (sweeten to your liking)
Baked at 350 for 1 hr 30 minutes
After 1hr I added the extra 1/4 cup of coconut milk mix with sugar and half tsp cinnamon on the top and put back to bake for an extra 30 mins
