explain your issue well in the form act confused and explain it out, say you’ve gone over the etsy seller handbook and read through everything, it was for your small business to support your family, small sob story and submit. Then it doesn’t hurt to go on live chat for an extra push from an agent but they will probably tell you to wait on the appeal, id recommend chatting tho
