The ProGuard Bolt On v2 mudguard sets a new benchmark in all-weather protection and now features RockShox, XFUSION and EXT fork compatibility, increased bottom out clearance, increased seal protection, and a new Max Protection size. This new size is the largest mudguard in RRP’s range, ensuring you can ride with total confidence no matter the conditions.

Increased Bottom-out Clearance:
To accommodate a wider range of new fork configurations including e-bike specific crowns, preventing interference with oversized fork crowns which improves bottom-out clearance.
Enhanced Seal Protection:
Increased Seal Shield coverage for even more fork seal protection to lower maintenance time, extend service intervals and maintain suspension suppleness in the wettest conditions.
Increased Stability:
Larger ‘Super Tacky’ rubber pads, a new polypropylene formula, new custom bolts, and a revised bracket increase the stability of the mudguard whilst maintaining strength, this ensures the guard won’t snap or break on big impacts.
New Max Protection Size:
Increased stability allows for RRP’s largest ever front mudguard offering outstanding protection
(NB: Max Protection size is not recommended for aggressive downhill due to its size).
The v2 Bolt On had big shoes to fill and has taken over 2 years to produce, with over 100 prototypes tested to perfect the design and is now the most compatible mudguard of its type on the market.
