Ingredients:
1 cup Raw Rice
¼ cup Moong dal
3 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Urad dal
2 tbsp Gram dal / Chana dal
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
1 cup chopped Onion
4 Green chillies slit
1 tsp chopped Ginger
1 sprig Curry Leaves
2.5 cups of Water
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1.5 tsp Salt
Good to serve about 3 people.
