How to Filter Charts by Months in Chart JS
In this video we will explore how to filter charts by months in chart js. Filtering a chart in Chart.js is quite easy once you know how to make the dates readable. We will create a simple month filter to show a specific month of data.
To do this we need to build a function that updates the chart. Secondly we need to be able to grab the last day of the month. Both of this requires some small adjustments which are easy to do.

What type of charts can you make with Chart.JS?
With chart js you can make line chart, bar chart, pie chart, doughnut chart, scatter chart, polar area chart, radar chart, gauge chart and area chart. And with some clever tricks and visual adjustment more can be done.
