This is the beginners guide on how to double cleanse your skin the right way . At the end of this video am taking you guys to my bathroom where am showing you , a step by step guide to double cleanse . This is a step by step guide that you can follow when ever you want to try the oil cleansing method . Another important thing . Make sure you choose the right oil for your skin type .
Will make another video on how to choose the right oil but for now just know that if you have oily skin , you need oil which is high in linoleic acid e.g , rose hip oil , grape seed oil . If your skin is dry you need an oil which is high in oleic acid e.g jojoba oil , olive oil , avocado oil . If you use the wrong oil you might not see great results .
