🥵 "Spicy! But you cannot stop. Sometimes, to be honest with you, traditional Malay dishes like spicy sambal goes so well with Indian dishes like sambar! This is how a typical Malaysian Indian cooks a sambal, which we usually do with tofu, mainly due to our vegetarian habits. To make this completely vegan, omit the shrimp paste and this is a totally plant based recipe haha!" 🤫
