This is a video of my swimming adventures over the last 3-4mo (whenever I started) It includes video of how I started in a full vest, extremity floats and webbed gloves. It shows progression thru practices up to my competetive meet at the 2010 CO SCY Championships... I was the only disabled swimmer! Continuing practicing and love the water, it makes me free. Don't ever let anyone tell you can't do something.
