FiordiFrutta is the company's most successful product range, being high quality fruit preserves prepared from organic fruit and sweetened with the company's own organic apple sugar. As the fruit preserves are made exclusively from fruit, they have a delicious well-balanced fruit taste with just the right level of sweetness.
The fruit is sourced primarily either from Italy or from Rigoni di Asiago's own organic farms in nearby Bulgaria. The fruit is handpicked at the perfect ripeness and is cooked at low temperature under vacuum to retain the flavour and as much of the fruit's nutritional properties as possible.
Nocciolata is Rigoni di Asiago's other his product. It is a deliciously fragrant blend of chocolate and hazelnuts, sweetned with brown sugar.
Unlike other hazelnut spreads which may contain modified palm oil, Nocciolata is made with organic sunflower oil.
It takes about 60 hours to produce Nocciolata, with gentle heating and double blending and filtering to give the smoothest and most delicious and result.
