Port Noblessner, one of my favorite places in Tallinn, because I like marinas, modern buildings, and history itself.

The redevelopment of the part shown in the video ended in 2018, however, I think there will be more coming up in the next years because there is more space for development.

Besides sailing boats and modern architecture, you will find restaurants and cafe's near along the piers and also art installations.
