📈 When you’re in an energy deficit, you lose fat as a byproduct. If you’re not losing fat your body is telling you you’re not in a deficit.
3️⃣ You're doing exercises you 'believe' will target belly fat
🎯 You can't spot reduce fat. There is simply no way to target your belly fat, no matter the exercise.
4️⃣ You're expecting waist trainers and belly fat cream to work
🧴 None of these gadgets or creams work. If you’re expecting to lose fat by wearing a waist trainer or smothering yourself in cream, you’re going to be really disappointed.
5️⃣ You're comfortable with where you're at
