I've been eyeballing Prima Marketing/Art Philosophy's Tropicals watercolor set for ages now but with all the professional paints I already have in my collection I just can't justify adding yet another palette to my collection. I also wanted to use pigments that were more predictable as far as lightfastness ratings and quality.
