Another opportunity for the sprinters on day two. The stage is a 132.7km-long slog from Al Dhafra Castle to Al Mirfa through open desert. The roads here are arrow-straight, but open, meaning riders cannot afford to lose concentration for too long if the wind is blowing. Will echelons form in the crosswinds and turn this stage into a GC affair?
