In this TRITAC-Jitsu Flow Lesson, Matt Bryers (co-founder of TRITAC) teaches you a TRITAC-Jitsu Flow that shows you how to use grappling techniques combined with striking / self-defense techniques to enter into grappling range, throw your opponent with Ippon Seoi Nage.
Grappling techniques are a vital skill for any martial artist or self-defense training. If you ignore grappling martial arts techniques in your self defense training, you are ill-prepared to defend yourself on the street or protect others.
Grappling is Matt Bryers base "skill". He has a black belt in both Japanese Ju-Jitsu and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is a former wrestler and has trained in many different grappling martial arts and combat martial arts systems.
TRITAC-Jitsu is a unique blend of the grappling techniques that Matt has put together over the years; combined with the expertise from the other Combative experts in TRITAC Martial Arts.
