Jim sends the Winx back to Earth and orders his creatures to never let them return. Tinkerbell asks Matt for help, but he escapes. Jim takes the fairy to the mermaids' lagoon, where she is surprisingly saved by Matt. On Earth, the Winx are attacked but the Shaman and Tiger Lily come to help them. Matt and Jim fight in the lagoon. Matt falls into water and is brought to bottom by the mermaids…
