This impatient motorist couldn't wait for a learner to move, so toots them then drives up onto the pavement to get round them. There were people on the pavement and this idiot drove straight towards them. In the slow motion footage you can see how close they drove to the person walking the dog.
But what did it achieve? They didn't get any further in the queue.
I reported them to the Metropolitan Police and was advised that the driver was sent a Fixed Penalty Notice with points and a fine. An FPN for this type of offence would usually attract three points and a £100 fine.
