My first big video of 2018 has been completed and it is the first of possibly many videos about the history of a particular car in the long-running Need for Speed series. As the car for the first episode I selected one of the most popular JDM cars with the Toyota Supra.

Do you remember in which of the 21 NFS games the car was featured? Test your knowledge about the Need for Speed series and find out by watching this video. Feel free to pause at the question marks if you want to ask yourself first before seeing the answer. Note that the timeline will only list the games that include the car, so watch the video first if you don't want to be spoiled.

In each game that includes the car I have recorded one short race or event. As usual I have selected the clips very carefully and deliberately and for some of them I have recorded for multiple hours to get the runs as clean and interesting as possible. I tried to show a nice variety of gameplay, featuring racing, drifting, drag and a bit of police. I have also included the awesome car showcase from NFS 1 with some information about the car at the end.

Need for Speed 1 included the Supra as one of 3 Japanese cars next to the RX-7 and NSX. NFS 2 - 6 didn't include any Japanese cars at all and therefore also no Supra.

Need for Speed 7 - 14 all included the car and in Most Wanted it was also used by Black List #13 driver Vic. In NFS World there were several versions of the car available, including a Swedish police version with flashing lights that you could turn on.

In NFS Shift 2 the car could reach a top speed of over 420 km/h with proper tuning as you might know from my 400 km/h compilation video. In NFS The Run and NFS 20 it was featured as well. The other Criterion and Ghost Games NFS games did not include it.

Note that this is meant to be a positive video celebrating an awesome car that was included in a large number of NFS games. If you want to hate on certain games or complain about the car not being included in some, then do it elsewhere.
