Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) has approved the creation of several new Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTNs) in Oxford city. The first of these launched in Church Cowley on 1st March 2021.
We are delighted to have two LTN experts share how these will improve the local environment and encourage active travel.
Patrick Lingwood (County Council Active and Healthy Travel Officer) presents on how LTNs were implemented, why they were implemented (6:10), and who supports them (21:22).
Scott Urban (a director of Oxfordshire Liveable Streets: [ Ссылка ]) presents on how LTNs improve cycling (40:50) and how to get one! (49:38)
This event took place via Zoom on 16th March with over 70 participants.
