Cookies and Cream Fudge - Oreo Fudge
16 oz Nestle Premier White Chocolate Chips
1 -14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
20 Oreos (crushed)
In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, combine condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Slowly melt to combine while stirring to prevent scorching.
Place Oreos in a large ziplock bag and gently crush by hand to break cookies into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
Once all of the chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is smooth, slowly add crushed Oreos and blend to incorporate while reserving about ¼ cup of the Oreos for the top of the fudge.
Pour the fudge mixture into a 8x8 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and lined with parchment. Place remaining crushed Oreos on top of fudge.
Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until the fudge is firm. Slice and Enjoy!
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
** You may also combine the condensed milk and chocolate in the microwave over medium heat. Cook for 30-second intervals and stir in between until all chips are melted. Be very careful with this method. A microwave melting can cause the chocolate to overcook.
