GreenEarthCo's ”Assador de Chouriço” is a traditional clay dish, commonly used in Portuguese and Spanish kitchens for flame grilling chorizo (portuguese: “Chouriço”). The chorizo is simply placed on top of the clay burner, then quickly cooked by the aguardente or ethanol fuelled flames below.
