Ingredients for Feta Dill Turkish Poacha (Yields About 15)
1/2 bunch of chopped dill
100gr. butter at room temperature
2 eggs (separate one yolk)
1/2 cup yogurt and olive oil
1 tbsp grape vinegar
about 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
3 + 1/2 cup flour (you may use 1/2 cup corn flour)
