Naini Thaker travelled with Mumbai pub Thirsty City 127 across North East India to explore indigenous ingredients, and experience the various cuisines thaht the area has to offer. The team is hoping to use the local flavours from the area—sour & spicy or completely bland with herbs—through its #TrailMenu.
Tonight, Suraj Gurung, Head Mixologist at Stockton, Hong Kong will be taking over the bar. Gurung will bring the flavours he picked up during the trail, through his cocktails. Including a whiskey sour with burnt banana tree ash!
