Mladen Petrić is a Croatian international footballer who plays for Greek club Panathinaikos. He also holds Swiss citizenship. He has previously played for Grasshopper, Basel, Borussia Dortmund, Hamburger SV, Fulham and West Ham United and for the Croatian national team.

On 8 January 2014, Panathinaikos announced the signing of Petrić. He signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with "The Greens" In Athens, he reunited with his old team mate from Hamburger SV Marcus Berg, as well as his team mates from the Croatian national football team Danijel Pranjić and Gordon Schildenfeld. On 16 February 2014, Petrić made his debut with the Greek club coming from the bench against Panthrakikos in Komotini. On 4 May 2014, Petrić scored his first goal for Panathinaikos in a play-off match against PAOK FC. On 22 February 2015 he scored against rival club Olympiacos in a 2-1 win.
