Bought this 1984 Topps Football John Elway Rookie Card hoping maybe the surface issue was dust. As it turns out, it looks like it is a scratch or chip. Other than that, this card looks pretty good. I will probably still grade it and hope for a 7 or 8 if I'm lucky. Don't forget to subscribe to see the results when this comes back.
