Trust in American institutions has long been on the decline and our justice system is no exception. A recent survey found that more than 44% of those asked either completely or somewhat distrust the court system.
Richard Gabriel is the author of the book, "Acquittal: An Insider reveals the Stories and Strategies Behind Today's Most Infamous Verdicts" and is a nationally respected jury consultant. He's been studying the why behind the survey and joins WGN-TV Political Report to talk more about it.
