dough;
500gr flour
325ml water
5gr dry yeast
20ml olive oil
5gr salt
mix all and rest for 30mins then divide to 125gr of balls rest in fridge for 2 hours or overnight
Use all the ingredients you like. cheese has to be on the bottom and meats on the top for even cooking and texture.
for home ovens use 180c for 12 mins or untill golden brown
