Scanning Microsoft Azure assets with Tenable.io can be accomplished with two Tenable components. The optional Azure connector within Tenable.io uses an API to ingest all of the compute assets your organization has deployed within the Azure compute environment. The required Azure Nessus Core Scanner is available in the Azure Marketplace. This scanner is only allowed to scan assets with your Azure compute network.
