U.S. House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff said Tuesday, June 25, 2019 that special counsel Robert Mueller has agreed to testify before his committee and the House Judiciary Committee on July 17 following the issuing of subpoenas.
He said Mueller was "reluctant" to testify but agreed to comply with the subpoena.
Schiff said they will be asking about various parts of Mueller's Russia investigation, including allegations made in volume one of the report about conduct, communications and context around the Trump campaign's meeting with the Russians.
