This case is one of cruelty and inhuman treatment following the abduction of a 19-year-old girl living in Paudi, Uttarakhand. The accused had raped the young lady. Following that, acid was poured into her eyes. This shocking incident occurred in 2012. Anamika was born in Pauri, Uttarakhand, and raised in Chhawla, Qutub Vihar, Delhi. She was abducted while returning from work on the night of February 9, 2012, by the accused named Rahul, Ravi, and Vinod. The body of 'Anamika' was discovered in a field in Rewari, Haryana, on February 14. 'Anamika' was subjected to excruciating torture in addition to gang rape. He was severely beaten with tools found in the car.
