How did the he do it?
With science!
Here is my take away on his training and diet
1. Use tension, do not just throw weights around.
2. train push pull legs, three days on, one day off.
2. No excessive bulk.
3. Keep your diet clean year around.
5. Shift between high and low carb days
6. Was balanced, had an interest in philosophy as well. A bodybuilder who reads books!
