Today, we're going to talk about Pairs Trading and a tool within thinkorswim specifically made for it. For those of you unfamiliar, pairs trading is a type of arbitrage that involves simultaneously buying and selling two highly correlated securities.It can be used in essentially any market, whether it be stock, etfs, futures, or forex. Pretty much anything as long as the assets are highly correlated to one another.
