New York Yankees' Shortstop, Derek Jeter, made his debut back to the MLB after rehabbing with Triple A Thursday afternoon against the Kansas City Royals. Jeter went 1 for 4 with a single, a run scored, and an RBI. He looked good running out of the box in his at-bats, however, he felt discomfort in his right quadriceps and was pulled from the game in the 8th-inning. After the game, he said that he doesn't think that it's a big deal, but they will MRI it to see what the extent of the injury is. Jeter is coming off of the 60-day DL after he found that there was still a slight fracture in his ankle in a Spring Training game back in March.
In this series, I will cover Jeter every Yankees baseball series and talk about his progress and how he is playing. There will be a video around every 3-4 games and when there is an injury or something important. Let me know your thoughts of the series down below as well as what you thought of his debut! Please like the video as well, it would really support the channel, hopefully we can reach 5-10 likes! Also, please subscribe to the channel for more of this series as well as the latest sports news! Thanks everyone!
