Isak Andic, the visionary billionaire and founder of the international fashion chain Mango, passed away on Saturday in a tragic accident, the company announced. The 71-year-old businessman reportedly fell to his death while hiking in a mountain range near Barcelona.

According to El País, Andic was accompanied by his son at the time of the accident, adding a personal tragedy to the profound loss felt by his family and the global business community.

Born in Turkey, Andic moved to Barcelona in his youth and eventually became one of Spain's most prominent entrepreneurs. In 1984, he founded Mango, a brand that revolutionized high-street fashion by offering affordable yet stylish clothing for modern consumers. Over the decades, Mango expanded its footprint to over 120 countries, becoming a household name in the global fashion industry.

With an estimated net worth of $4.5 billion, Andic was recognized as one of the world's wealthiest and most influential business leaders. Under his stewardship, Mango set industry standards not only for design but also for innovation and sustainability.
