I'll be using a mat for today's workouts. Try to keep your knees straight in line with your hips when we're doing our ground work. We're starting out on our backs with our knees arched. We'll be working through this stance for half of our time today. Lastly, we'll focus on our abs, transitioning into Downward Dog. Then, we'll get back and on our backs for more ground work. Keep it up, you're stronger than you think!
