This is a clip of my 132.5kg (292lbs) Bench Press PR from last week. I started Kev's Strength Plan 3 weeks ago and at that point my bench press PR was 111kg (244lbs). It is now @ 132.5kg (292lbs) which is an improvement of 21.5kg (48lbs) in 20 days. It is steadily rising and I should hit 300lbs in the next week or so.
