Welcome to Yin Yang Yen, my lovely people! 🌻 My name is Cilia and I love to help you ✖️releasing tension✖️ in your upper back. Sitting behind a desk all day or not having a healthy posture will cause injuries over time.
In these series I focus on strengthening your back muscles, these active exercises make you open your chest and 💫shine your heart 💫. My inspiration for these series is my sister in law. She told me she has sensitive knees and some of the poses she can't do. So this is dedicated to her.
I made 3 videos, 1) seated, 2) standing, 3) prone (on belly). If you have time, do all of them, if you need a quickie, do the one you love most 🌸.
