The AP assembly adjourned Sine Die after the T-Bill or the A.P Reorganisation Bill 2013 as it is formally called, was rejected by a voice vote. Kiran Kumar Reddy, the AP CM has been saying all along that the majority opinion of the AP assembly should have been sought before the bill was introuduced by the Congress in the first place.
