• Kashmiri dried red chilli: 4-5
• Coriander powder: 4 tsp
• Kashmiri red chili powder: 3 tsp
• Kasuri methi: 2 tbsp
• Water: 1 cup
• Butter: 1.5 tbsp
• Cinnamon stick: 1
• Bay leaf: 1
• Cloves: 4
• Mace: 1
• Black cardamom: 1
• Green cardamoms: 3
• Onions, chopped: 2 medium
• Garlic cloves, chopped: 2 tbsp
• Honey: 1.5 tsp
• Store-bought tomato purée or ketchup: 2 tbsp
• Salt: to taste
• Greek Yogurt: 1/3 cup (for creaminess)
• Coal: 1 piece (for smoking, optional)
• Coriander, chopped: for garnish
